Superpartners joined more than 1000 superannuation key decision makers at the recent Conference of Major Super Funds (CMSF).
As a platinum sponsor this year, our activities during conference included an exhibition stand and exclusive branding on AIST’s plenary session videos.
We also delivered more than 20 demonstrations at our stand each day showcasing our latest online services for employers including Super Form, Employer SuperSite and Super FileManager. Channels Strategic Marketing Manager, Nicole Carnovale commented on the positive response from delegates, “All the funds I spoke with appeared to be really impressed with the variety of services available to our Fund’s employers which reinforces that this was a fantastic opportunity to increase the awareness of our online services.”
Marianne Walker, National Contact Centre Manager at Superpartners was invited to share her expertise and to participate in the Administration Call Centres - The Face and Grace of the Fund workshop. Marianne presented in front of over 200 delegates on how Superpartners contact centre teams handle shifting member expectations and she addressed how we are providing more complex advice to fund members due to their concerns of the current economic situation.
