Now more reliable, the new Member SuperSite offers a better service for members.

Throughout June and July 2009, Superpartners delivered the successful migration of the new Member SuperSite, meaning members now have access to a better service. The enhanced design makes the service more intuitive and easier to use. Plus, it’s performing better - taking an average of 1.5 seconds to load information, which is four times faster than the previous site. Three Clients transitioned to the new Member SuperSite on June 16, with a further five Clients making the switch on July 21.

Member SuperSite is Superpartners’ online member service that simplifies the way members manage their superannuation obligations. Similar to internet banking, Member SuperSite gives members fast, on demand access to their important superannuation information through the convenience of the Internet.

Member SuperSite allows members to:

  • Update personal details
  • View account balance, transaction history and contribution details
  • Obtain online statements and benefit quotes
  • Perform switch investments
  • Review Insurance cover details
  • Make voluntary contributions

Over the coming period, we will continue to work with our Clients to ensure the full optimisation of Member SuperSite is achieved.

Why was this service redeveloped?

With the delivery of electSP edging closer, it was essential our older IT systems (including Member SuperSite) be upgraded to include the latest generation of technology. At the same time, we took advantage of this upgrade to enhance some of the existing functionality, as well as its design.

What are the next milestones?

As part of our operational improvement strategy, Member SuperSite was our priority system to be redeveloped. Its successful implementation has provided us with valuable learnings which will be used as we look to redevelop more of our online services in the year ahead.

We have strength in numbers, servicing over 6.4 million member accounts.

Being an ESA involves ensuring that employers are making their contributions in the most effective way, working hand in hand with the Cbus Coordinators to service Cbus employers, and sorting out more complex issues on employer accounts.

I enjoy spending time with my partner, family, friends, cats and puppy.  I do a radio show on our local station, 97.9fm, every Wednesday night from 8-10pm.  I love going to concerts, exploring the great outdoors, cooking and karaoke!
