The end of financial year co-contribution rush proved to be quite a challenge for the Superpartners mailroom team this year.
Just 15 people processed over 9800 cheques in only four and a half hours. That equates to an average of 133 cheques per person per hour.
This year the team also managed to tackle a later than normal start to processing times to accommodate the roll out of Superpartners’ new, world leading SAP finance system on the same day.
They managed to enter all 9800 cheques into the system by 5:30pm – just 4.5 hours after they started. Contributions were delivered to the bank by 6pm - an outstanding effort!
