Greg Camm MBA BBus CPA SFFin, Chief Executive Officer
Greg Camm was appointed Chief
Executive Officer of Superpartners in
September 2007. He joined
Superpartners after three years as
Managing Director of AMP Financial
Services (New Zealand).
Before AMP, Greg was with ANZ
Banking Group for 16 years. His ANZ
roles included General Manager,
CEO’s Office, Managing Director of the
Mortgage Division, Managing Director
of ANZ New Zealand, and Managing
Director of Australian Retail Banking.
Prior to ANZ, he worked in mortgage
insurance and securitisation. He started
his career in the credit union movement.

Andrew Field BBus (Accounting) BBus (Computing) CPA, Chief Financial Officer
Andrew joined Superpartners as Chief
Financial Officer in September 2009.
Andrew has more than 20 years,
management experience in the IT and
Finance industries. For the past nine
years, he has held executive roles with
Melbourne IT Ltd, including CFO and
later Chief Operating Officer.
Andrew’s role at Superpartners is to
provide financial and commercial
leadership, in addition to leading finance
business services for Superpartners and
our Clients.

Peter McNeil MAICD
GradDipAcc BBus, Chief
Operating Officer
Peter joined Superpartners in November
2006, after a long and successful career
with Medibank Private. There he held the
roles of Chief Information Officer, General
Manager Operations and General
Manager, Southern States.
Peter has also held senior management
roles with Colonial Limited (Retail
Banking) and Australia Post (Financial
services) with prior experience in the
professional services, mining (smelting)
and food processing sectors.
Operations delivers services through
multiple channels covering superannuation,
insurance, pensions, trust and
investment choice to members, employers
and Trustees from five State offices.

Tania Turnbull MComm BComm, General Manager, Strategy and Communications
Tania joined Superpartners in April 2008
and has over 20 years, experience in the
financial services industry. She has held
executive and senior manager positions
within ANZ and prior to that various roles
at Commonwealth Bank. Tania brings
significant marketing, product channel and
communication management experience
to the business.
The Strategy and Communications
team is responsible for business strategy
and planning, brand development and
execution, communications, sponsorships
and Client engagement, as well as market
intelligence, government policy liaison
and research.

Gary Evans, Chief Information Officer
Gary joined Superpartners in 2003 and
has 17 years experience in Information
Technology, holding a range of senior
positions in financial institutions.
The role of IT is to act as a key provider in
Superpartners’ technological solutions to
satisfy the business needs of our current
and prospective Client base.
The emphasis is on providing IT services
to assist in implementing high-value,
innovative business solutions and
systems in a cost-effective and responsive
manner.

Andrew Jarvis MBA, General Manager, People
Andrew joined Superpartners in
November 2006.
Prior to Superpartners, Andrew was
Director of Human Resources, Glaxo-
SmithKline Pharmaceuticals Australasia.
Andrew has more than 14 years,
experience in Human Resource Management
across the pharmaceuticals, wood
products and financial services sectors.
The People team at Superpartners works
with the business and staff to provide
human resource and organisation
learning and development services, with
the aim of creating a dynamic workplace
environment and motivated workforce.

Michael Campbell BEc Hons, CPA, General Manager, Risk and Compliance
Michael joined Superpartners in
November 2008 as General Manager,
Risk and Compliance after spending
18 years with ANZ Banking Group. His
roles in ANZ included General Manager
Mortgage Operations, Head of Network
Services, Head of Retail Program Office
and Chief Auditor New Zealand.
Michael has broad operations, projects
and risk management experience, and
at Superpartners he is responsible for
risk management, compliance and the
Strategic Program Office.

Enthusiastic Employer Service Adviser for Cbus
Passionate origami maker
Being an ESA involves ensuring that employers are making their contributions in the most effective way, working hand in hand with the Cbus Coordinators to service Cbus employers, and sorting out more complex issues on employer accounts.
I enjoy spending time with my partner, family, friends, cats and puppy. I do a radio show on our local station, 97.9fm, every Wednesday night from 8-10pm. I love going to concerts, exploring the great outdoors, cooking and karaoke! |
