My role is really to provide support for the call centre regarding any products and fund processes , as well as to assist with any calls escalated by a consultant.

My favourite place to go outside work would definitely be the beach and my favourite holiday would be in the islands in the Philippines around Boracay.

I usually spend my weekends DJing at a few venues but my main past time is digging for vinyl.

Being an ESA involves ensuring that employers are making their contributions in the most effective way, working hand in hand with the Cbus Coordinators to service Cbus employers, and sorting out more complex issues on employer accounts.

I enjoy spending time with my partner, family, friends, cats and puppy. I do a radio show on our local station, 97.9fm, every Wednesday night from 8-10pm. I love going to concerts, exploring the great outdoors, cooking and karaoke!

I am part of an awesome team who support employers transitioning to our new online product Super File Manager. Given my passion for the environment, it is wonderful to see so many employers moving from paper contributions to sending contributions electronically and making EFT payments.

My ideal weekend is spent with a loved one in nature, either at the beach or forest. That means I’m away from computers, TV and even housework. I also love exploring new restaurants and watching newly released movies.

I am an Executive Product Administrator which means I am responsible for processing administration work mainly focusing on communication and correspondence, insurance, contributions, benefits and reports. I also look after the more complicated issues that require investigation.

I am quite the adrenaline junkie… I love snowboarding, skiing, surfing, wakeboarding, skydiving, skateboarding and really anything that will get the heart pumping! I am a very social person, hence why I love our work events. I have also just recently started up dj-ing which is proving to be great fun.

I love spending time with my family and also attending choir practice. At choir practice, we are currently planning a gospel music concert to raise money for charity and I am really excited and looking forward to that.

I’m the Senior Insurance Administrator for Cbus, HESTA and HostPLUS. This involves quality checking insurance files for members who are increasing, cancelling or querying their cover amounts. I’m also responsible for ad-hoc training to the team, as well as responding to queries from internal and external parties.

I live with my wife, Tanya, and our two daughters; Annaliese (2) and Chelsea (1). When I’m not taking care of the girls I enjoy watching Doctor Who and various other quality television programs, drawing my comic books, listening to AM Radio, and general house duties/repairs.

Peter Dutton

My position at Superpartners has many different and interesting tasks. The first part of my role keeps me focused on communications for my department and our team’s numerous stakeholders. I chair a number of regular forums and meetings and provide reports, presentations and operational information through our intranet and regular enewsletters. The second part of my role gets me involved with projects and initiatives that support our call centres. I have worked on Call Recording, Call Quality, Automated Telephone Services, and am now focusing my energies on Call Stories – a new way of looking at voice of the customer call logging.

On the weekends I get around presenting Tupperware Parties and doing cooking demonstrations - you just gotta try my Double Choc Fudge Brownie Muffins (with a liquid chocolate centre) … they make any day a GOOD day! The parties are the most fun part and as you can imagine, I turn the whole thing into a big entertainment afternoon! So, if you’re interested in having a fabbo afternoon, just hand me a glass of bubbles and I’ll do the rest!!!

I also am a professional singer and perform in various concerts, cabarets and musical theatre productions. So, as you can see, I lead a pretty diverse life!

Steve Kolarik

Primarily my role as the IT and Project Delivery Client Relationship Manger, is to act as a conduit between our clients and the Superpartners IT team. It means that I’m in regularly contact with new technologies that assist our clients in achieving their strategic goals. My role also involves working as an IT partner to our own internal business clients. This inevitably provides me insight into the goings-on within Superpartners and allows me to contribute to ways in which IT can further improve its systems and processes.

As much as I love technology, I try and spend my weekends away from it (IT). If I’m not getting my hands dirty working on a project around the home, like building a pergola or re-landscaping the backyard/front yard, chances are I’m off on holidays somewhere. Nothing beats experiencing life’s cultural diversities for yourself rather than seeing it through the eyes of a TV programme presenter. There are a lot of wonderful people and places to visit and enjoy in this world and whilst I can I intend on seeing as much of it as possible!

I’m responsible for managing the trainers who will be delivering the training for our new system once it rolls out. I am also reviewing support requirements for post launch, as well as looking at the needs of external parties including our Clients.

I love travelling and try to go overseas at least once every two years. I don’t like to visit the same place twice as I think there are so many places in the world that I am yet to discover. My favourite places so far though are Africa and New York.

My role in the Sourcing team is to monitor and negotiate contracts for our accommodation, stationery and corporate travel suppliers. I am also the SAP trainer for the procurement area of the business.

On weekends I work at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, which is great as I love AFL football. I love gardening and watching old movies. I also knit and crochet blankets for the homeless in my spare time.

I’m a programmer in the nextGEN Core Registry IT development area. My role involves, participation in business requirements workshops, consulting and documentation of consulting of existing integrations with the legacy Core Registry application and technical design of online, batch and integration functionality

I also enjoy playing wheelchair tennis, and in October 2009 my tennis partner and I won the men’s reserve doubles competition at the Victorian Open Wheelchair Tennis Championships – I’m proud of my trophy for this event!
