Assessment centre process
Typically you will have to complete the following steps if you are applying for a Customer Service (call centre) or Administration role:

Phone interview
- Approximately 15 minutes with a member of the Superpartners Recruitment & Resourcing Team

Step 3
|
Online ability testing
- Approximately 20 minutes to complete

Step 4
|
Assessment centre – allow 2 hours
- Introduction to the Industry
- Information on Superpartners
- Behavioural interview – approximately 45 minutes
- Group exercise – approximately 45 minutes

Step 5
|
Background checks
- Reference checks with previous line managers
- Employment verifications
- Criminal record and bankruptcy checks
|
 |
Step 6
|
Successful candidates will be offered a role at the conclusion of the recruitment process.
