Assessment centre process

Typically you will have to complete the following steps if you are applying for a Customer Service (call centre) or Administration role:

Step 1

Apply online by submitting your resume and cover letter

Step 2

Phone interview

  • Approximately 15 minutes with a member of the Superpartners Recruitment & Resourcing Team

Step 3

Online ability testing

  • Approximately 20 minutes to complete

Step 4

Assessment centre – allow 2 hours

  • Introduction to the Industry
  • Information on Superpartners
  • Behavioural interview – approximately 45 minutes
  • Group exercise – approximately 45 minutes

Step 5

Background checks

  • Reference checks with previous line managers
  • Employment verifications
  • Criminal record and bankruptcy checks

Step 6

Successful candidates will be offered a role at the conclusion of the recruitment process.
