Belinda Allen

Customer Service Consultant – AustralianSuper Fund Team

My role at Superpartners is to provide effective, efficient and outstanding customer service to both AustralianSuper member and employers.

Progressing already

When I initially started at Superpartners I only took calls from Members and after only 10 months I was asked if I wanted to answer queries from both members and employers. I considered this a great opportunity to increase my skill set and also to add more diversity in my role so I leapt at the opportunity and took up the additional training.

I can see a future here for me

I like working here because the atmosphere in the call centre is fantastic and there is a great vibe and energy. I love the diversity my role brings especially in the last two months since I have been trained to take calls from both members and employers. I can see my career progressing here. I’d like to continue learning the ropes in my current role for a little while and once I’m totally confident, I’ll eventually look at ASX, and then who knows from there, maybe one day I’ll move into a senior position.

Karaoke brought me and my husband together

When I’m not at work you’ll find me socialising with my husband and family and friends. I really enjoy going to Karaoke bars too, in fact that’s where I met my husband! I dabble in a little Texas Hold'em too at local clubs

Passionate Client Relationship Manager
Talented saxophonist

Primarily my role as the IT and Project Delivery Client Relationship Manger, is to act as a conduit between our clients and the Superpartners IT team. It means that I’m in regularly contact with new technologies that assist our clients in achieving their strategic goals. My role also involves working as an IT partner to our own internal business clients. This inevitably provides me insight into the goings-on within Superpartners and allows me to contribute to ways in which IT can further improve its systems and processes.

As much as I love technology, I try and spend my weekends away from it (IT). If I’m not getting my hands dirty working on a project around the home, like building a pergola or re-landscaping the backyard/front yard, chances are I’m off on holidays somewhere. Nothing beats experiencing life’s cultural diversities for yourself rather than seeing it through the eyes of a TV programme presenter. There are a lot of wonderful people and places to visit and enjoy in this world and whilst I can I intend on seeing as much of it as possible!
