Interview tips:
- Read our website and learn about the industry, our business and our services.
- At Superpartners we believe “past behaviour is the best predictor of future performance”. In our behavioural interviews, we are looking for specific examples from your work background and how you approached these situations. Have a think about what you believe we may be looking for in the role for which you are applying and try to remember some examples of good and bad experiences.
E.g.
Customer Service – When did you deliver exceptional customer service and what was the feedback?
Project Management – When did you face tight dealines with conflicting priorities and how did you arrive at a suitable outcome?
