Our recruitment process is designed to attract and select the right candidate, at the right time for the right position. As such, our process aims at being a two-way evaluation. Depending on the position you apply for, we use a combination of assessments and interviews to measure your suitability for the role.

Assessment centre process

For Customer Service or Administration positions you’ll undertake an Assessment Centre process. The purpose of an Assessment Centre is to give you the opportunity to learn more about the role, demonstrate your skills in a variety of situations and for us to “see you at work”.
