I’m responsible for managing a large team of Contact Centre consultants. I support them to achieve excellent service standards on every interaction they have with members and employers on the phone.
Superpartners provides me with excellent opportunities
I started with Superpartners about three years ago as a consultant in the AustralianSuper call centre, and quickly worked my way up to a Senior. In November last year (2008), I was promoted to Team Leader.
I recently received the $5,000 Gold Award for our company’s national award programme, Applaud. It’s such an inspiration that our staff are recognised and rewarded for great work. What’s equally great is that there’s also help and guidance for employees to achieve their career goals.
I’m passionate about my work
I really enjoy supporting my team members to reach and realise their own goals. I love coming into work, it’s a great place and a lively environment.
My main interest outside of work is cricket
Ever since I can remember, I’ve been following cricket. If my favourite player, Sachin Tendulka, is on the field, you can expect me to be watching.

I’m the Senior Insurance Administrator for Cbus, HESTA and HostPLUS. This involves quality checking insurance files for members who are increasing, cancelling or querying their cover amounts. I’m also responsible for ad-hoc training to the team, as well as responding to queries from internal and external parties.
I live with my wife, Tanya, and our two daughters; Annaliese (2) and Chelsea (1). When I’m not taking care of the girls I enjoy watching Doctor Who and various other quality television programs, drawing my comic books, listening to AM Radio, and general house duties/repairs.
