Careers for Women

If you are looking to build on your career, there’s plenty of opportunities for women at Superpartners. We rely on women in our workforce, and we work hard to ensure that we set a clear path so you can progress along your chosen career path. Our goal is to open opportunities for development, provide connections to the financial services industry and offer flexibility in the workplace.

We’re proud that nearly 60% of Superpartners’ employees are women.

Stories from our women

Career progression

Whether you are just starting or looking to advance your career, we help you outline individual development plans tailored to your needs.

Development

Superpartners takes development seriously. On average, we provide over 2,000 hours of training every year. If you’re looking to build your effectiveness as a manager, refresh your writing skills or learn how to better manage your time, we are likely to have an in-house course for you.

Connections

Superpartners is deeply connected to the history of Industry Super.  For over 25 years, we have partnered with Industry Super Funds to provide a better future for members. We strongly value our relationships across Industry Super and we encourage our employees to develop their own connections.

And these aren’t the only connections we encourage. We’ve also recently introduced a mentoring programme internally to help our employees learn from others and share their experience.

Flexibility

We promote and support a healthy work/life balance.  For a Superpartners’ employee, that means flexible work hours; special leave provisions and 12 weeks paid maternity leave.  To learn more about the benefits we offer at Superpartners, please click here.
