Superpartners and Cbus have collaborated on a joint induction program for new Superpartners recruits who provide services for Cbus members.
New starters who are placed in the Cbus fund team now receive a special Cbus presentation by a senior staff member from the Cbus Trustee office. Through this initiative, Cbus are now able to give recruits a deeper understanding of their history, values, members, employers and service expectations. The session is also open to current employees who work in the Cbus fund team.
The creation of the Cbus induction program is another example of the ways Superpartners works with Clients to deliver great service.
