More ways to balance work and life at Superpartners

Employees who have completed at least two years at Superpartners can now take up to four additional weeks of leave per year by sacrificing the equivalent number of weeks in salary. A reduced annual salary is then paid in equal instalments across the calendar year so employees will still be paid when taking the additional leave.

This is great news for staff who require additional leave at certain times of the year due to personal commitments and helps Superpartners deliver on its commitment of being an employer of choice.
