Our online employer services provide a secure, easy to use, reliable place for employer representatives to perform transactions and access the information relating to their superannuation obligations online.

We offer a range of online solutions to assist employers whatever their size. These solutions are designed to simplify the way employers manage their superannuation obligations.

Our online employer solutions allow employers to submit their contribution advice, as well as update, add and delete member details as required.

We have a service that meets the needs of every employer regardless of size.

Super FileManager

Super FileManager is recommended for employers who submit contributions for more than 30 members, and who require reporting options, multiple user access and responsibilities. A unique feature of Super FileManager is the ability to make contributions by uploading a data file generated from the employer’s payroll system – one file upload takes care of any number of member contributions making it a fast, simple option.

In addition to being able to submit contribution advices online, and being able to update member details, Super FileManager offers employers the ability to track submissions, payments, generate member and employer history reports, and assign user access and responsibilities to individual staff within their organisation.

Employer SuperSite

Employer SuperSite is recommended for employers who submit contributions for five to 30 members, and who require member administration tools and reporting options.

In addition to being able to submit contribution advices online and being able to update member details, Employer SuperSite offers employers the ability to view and manage members, track progress of submissions, payments, and generate member and employer contribution history reports.

Super Form

Super Form is recommended for employers who submit superannuation contributions for up to five members, and who typically submit contributions that require little or no change each period.

Similar to a paper contribution, Super Form offers employers access to their contribution advices. However, unlike the paper version, employers can complete their superannuation transactions online. All basic member information is pre-populated ready for the employer to submit their contribution advice with ease.

Primarily my role as the IT and Project Delivery Client Relationship Manger, is to act as a conduit between our clients and the Superpartners IT team. It means that I’m in regularly contact with new technologies that assist our clients in achieving their strategic goals. My role also involves working as an IT partner to our own internal business clients. This inevitably provides me insight into the goings-on within Superpartners and allows me to contribute to ways in which IT can further improve its systems and processes.

As much as I love technology, I try and spend my weekends away from it (IT). If I’m not getting my hands dirty working on a project around the home, like building a pergola or re-landscaping the backyard/front yard, chances are I’m off on holidays somewhere. Nothing beats experiencing life’s cultural diversities for yourself rather than seeing it through the eyes of a TV programme presenter. There are a lot of wonderful people and places to visit and enjoy in this world and whilst I can I intend on seeing as much of it as possible!
