Client funded projects

Through our Client funded projects area, we offer a unique service which delivers initiatives on behalf of Superpartners’ Clients on a fee for service basis.

This team supports the development and implementation of new products and enhancements for our Clients.

The team provides Clients with a strong commercial focus, striving to align projects with business strategies and objectives. This area is pivotal in developing and maintaining strong Client relationships through the provision of consultancy advice.

Strategic projects

Our strategic projects team focuses on managing our programme of work to deliver “the right things at the right time” with quality, efficiency and central visibility.

They proactively maintain an organisational-wide methodology which includes governance, prioritisation, reporting and resource allocation which ensures strategic alignment of all projects across Superpartners.

Transition management

The transition team’s role is to plan and implement seamless transitions for our Clients.

The team is responsible for transferring the administration of superannuation funds from or to Superpartners. It is also responsible for Fund mergers – transferring separate funds to form a single, merged entity.

My position at Superpartners has many different and interesting tasks. The first part of my role keeps me focused on communications for my department and our team’s numerous stakeholders. I chair a number of regular forums and meetings and provide reports, presentations and operational information through our intranet and regular enewsletters. The second part of my role gets me involved with projects and initiatives that support our call centres. I have worked on Call Recording, Call Quality, Automated Telephone Services, and am now focusing my energies on Call Stories – a new way of looking at voice of the customer call logging.

On the weekends I get around presenting Tupperware Parties and doing cooking demonstrations - you just gotta try my Double Choc Fudge Brownie Muffins (with a liquid chocolate centre) … they make any day a GOOD day! The parties are the most fun part and as you can imagine, I turn the whole thing into a big entertainment afternoon! So, if you’re interested in having a fabbo afternoon, just hand me a glass of bubbles and I’ll do the rest!!!

I also am a professional singer and perform in various concerts, cabarets and musical theatre productions. So, as you can see, I lead a pretty diverse life!
