Read about our Lean and Agile approachesClient funded projectsThrough our Client funded projects area, we offer a unique service which delivers initiatives on behalf of Superpartners’ Clients on a fee for service basis. This team supports the development and implementation of new products and enhancements for our Clients. The team provides Clients with a strong commercial focus, striving to align projects with business strategies and objectives. This area is pivotal in developing and maintaining strong Client relationships through the provision of consultancy advice. Strategic projectsOur strategic projects team focuses on managing our programme of work to deliver “the right things at the right time” with quality, efficiency and central visibility. They proactively maintain an organisational-wide methodology which includes governance, prioritisation, reporting and resource allocation which ensures strategic alignment of all projects across Superpartners. Transition managementThe transition team’s role is to plan and implement seamless transitions for our Clients. The team is responsible for transferring the administration of superannuation funds from or to Superpartners.
